Born in 1977 in the Moscow region.

In 1999 he graduated from the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation with a degree in Applied Mathematics.

From 1999 to 2002, he worked at the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Taxes and Duties.

From 2002 to 2007 he worked in the Office of the Government of the Russian Federation.

From 2008 to 2021, he worked in various positions in commercial organizations.

Since 2021 - Advisor to the Head of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment.

Since February 2023 - Deputy Director General of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment.
