Ian Talbatsky Deputy Director General of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment

Born in 1984 in Kuibyshev.

In 2006 he graduated from the Russian State University for the Humanities with a degree in History.

In 2015, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Samara State University with a degree in Lawyer.

From 2011 to 2012, he worked in various positions in the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Samara Region and the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Communications in the Samara Region.

From 2012 to 2013 he worked at the Ministry of Culture of the Samara Region.

From 2013 to 2020, he worked in various positions at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Migration Policy of the Samara Region, since 2019 - Deputy Minister - Director of the Department for the Development of Human Resources of the Ministry.

From 2020 to 2023 - Assistant to the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, Deputy Director of the Department of Employment and Labor Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

Since January 2023 -  Deputy Director General of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment.
