Born on October 8, 1974, in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
In 1995, she graduated with honors from Volgograd State Technical University with a degree in Environmental Protection and Rational Use of Natural Resources.
From 1994 to 2002, she worked at the Centre for Environmental Training of the Volgograd Branch of the Russian Ecological Academy.
From 2003 to 2016, she held various positions in the executive authorities of the Volgograd Region. From 2012, she served as First Deputy Minister of Economy, Foreign Economic Relations, and Investments of the Volgograd Region.
In 2004 and 2007, she completed professional retraining in "State and Municipal Administration" and "Jurisprudence".
From 2005 to 2018, she worked part-time as an Associate Professor at the Department of Economic Theory and Economic Policy at Volgograd State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
From 2018 to 2025, she held the positions of Deputy Chief of a Division, Deputy Head of a Department, and Head of the Labour Market and International Projects Department at the Federal Service for Labour and Employment (Rostrud).
Since May 2025, she has been the Deputy Director General of the Federal Service for Labour and Employment (Rostrud).
Holds a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences and the academic title of Associate Professor.
Married, has a daughter.
